Does My Training Class Certificate Expire/How Can I Replace a Lost Certificate?

The Certificate of Instruction that Transcend Inc. issues upon completion of the 8-hour Initial Security Guard Instruction class does not have an expiration date.

If you need a replacement Certificate of Instruction issued by Transcend Inc., email us at Info@TranscendRM.com with your name and date or approximate date you took our class. Generally, unless the class was prior to 2018 we will be able to send you a replacement certificate.

NOTE THAT WE CAN ONLY ISSUE REPLACEMENT CERTIFICATES IF YOU TOOK THE CLASS FROM A TRANSCEND INC. LICENSED INSTRUCTOR. We do not have the records for certificates issued by any other provider.
