Does My Training Class Certificate Expire/How Can I Replace a Lost Certificate?

The Certificate of Instruction that Transcend Inc. issues upon completion of the 8-hour Initial Security Guard Instruction class does not have an expiration date.

If you need a replacement Certificate of Instruction issued for a class you attended from Security Guard Training Hawaii, click here to email us with your name and date or approximate date you took our class. Generally, unless the class was prior to 2018 we will be able to send you a replacement certificate.

NOTE: We can only issue replacement certificates if you took the class from us, Security Guard Training Hawaii. If you attended class by a Transcend Inc. licensed Instructor please contact that Instructor for the replacement certificate; if you cannot contact that Instructor let us know and we will try to assist you. If you attended a class from a non-Transcend Inc. Instructor contact them directly as we do not have the records for certificates issued by any other provider.
