IMPORTANT INFORMATION – ONLINE CLASS REQUIREMENTS

To participate in the online class requires a screen size of 10″ or larger with video camera, speaker, and microphone (headset ok). Because of their small screen size, mobile/cell/smart phones CANNOT be used to attend the online class. Please be aware that people who log in using a small screen device such as a cell phone will not be allowed to remain in the class. You must have a stable internet connection. If you are unable to access a qualifying computer device such as a tablet, laptop, or desktop computer, contact a Transcend Inc. Independent Instructor for an in-person class

Registration is a two-step process. (1) Select a class date, fill in the registration form and make payment. About 3 days before the class we will email an online class registration link. (2) Use that link to complete your registration and receive access to the class.

IMPORTANT! BEFORE SELECTING, READ THE "PREMIUM SERVICE OPTION INFO" (In Helpful Info) The Premium Service Package includes payment for the SGCE class, submitting and paying for the GDE renewal application, and our service fees. If in the last three years you have had a criminal conviction, or diagnosed with a psychiatric or psychological disorder, or your license was subject to disciplinary action you will need to provide additional documents in order for us to submit your application to the DCCA.

By selecting the Premium Service Package I authorize Transcend Inc. and its agents to access my State of Hawaii MYPVL account and enter information and attestations and to submit a Guard Employee renewal application for me including entering/signing my name on my behalf. I agree that I am responsible for the accuracy of information and attestations I provide. I understand Transcend Inc's service ends once the application is submitted to the DCCA and does not guarantee my GDE license will be renewed. I am responsible for monitoring my application status, and responding directly to the DCCA for any discrepancies, additional information, or responses they may require other than corrections needed due to our errors. And the Refunds, Cancellation, "NoShow", and Premium Service Refund Policy
REFUNDS, CANCELLATION, “NO SHOW”, and PREMIUM SERVICE REFUND POLICY**

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before class may receive a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost. Cancellations within 24 hours of class, or “No Show” at class, including late login attempts, may reschedule with an additional $25 fee or receive a refund minus a $25 administrative fee. For Premium Service: If we cannot submit your GDE renewal application within 60 days of the class date due to missing documents or unresolved discrepancies with the DCCA the Premium Service will expire without a refund. We do not pro-rate the payment if you pay for any of the services on your own. Once we submit your GDE renewal application, you are responsible for any communication about your application from the DCCA. If there is a deficiency (other than an input error on our part) or the DCCA requires additional information or documentation you are responsible to respond and provide the documents directly to the DCCA. If the DCCA rejects your renewal application for any reason other than an input error on our part, we do not refund the class fee.
