THE ZOOM LINK AND CLASS INFORMATION WILL BE SENT ABOUT FOUR DAYS BEFORE THE CLASS.

We want you as well as everyone else who attends to get the full benefit of the class. Please read and abide by the following rules:

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PREMIUM SERVICE  STUDENTS ONLY

You will be provided with a link to forms from Transcend Inc. that must be completed in order for us to provide the Premium Service to you. We will not be able to submit your renewal application until you complete the forms and any required documents.

If we are unable to submit your GDE Renewal application because you did not complete our forms or provide  required documents within 30 days of the class date, your Premium Service will expire, and you will need to complete the renewal process on your own. We do not refund your fee.

If you are unable to submit your forms or documents within 30 days of the class date due to circumstances outside of your control, let us know and we will consider extending the expiration date.

If there is any discrepancy that needs to be cleared with the DCCA/Board of Private Detectives and Guards in order to complete your renewal it will be your responsibility to address the issue.

We cannot guarantee that the state of Hawaii will accept your application form or documents or renew your GDE license. We do not issue a refund, in whole or in part, if the State does not renew your GDE license.

Once we submit your GDE renewal application, you are responsible to monitor for any communication about your application from the DCCA. If there is a deficiency (other than an input error on our part) or they require additional information or documentation you will be responsible for responding and providing the documents directly to the DCCA.
